For a while, Mario has been asked to sing "That's Amore" and a few months back he finally decided to go for it. He wanted to make it different from the very famous Dean Martin classic and decided to dramatise the song with a story about his old father back in Sicily. "Poor Mr Corleone hadn't been well", says Mario.... and so begins the song. Here's a little taster of how it finishes. Everyone absolutely loves this song and it's just so full of Italian sunshine it's now one of the Singing Waiters most requested numbers.
Mario becomes a French Chef for the Day! (Singing, of course...)
